Ya but thats not really an excuse. I can understand him being mad as hell but Vince definately should have been able to tell that that was not the correct hydraulic buffer needed for the gun.

i agree Kris shouldn't have gotten all the credit and i understand Vince being mad as hell but he should still know to act better than that. Plus, I really dont believe (in my opinion) that having Kris lead is that big of a deal. There are actually a lot of companies that put "newbies" on lead for a big project so they can get leadership experience in a stressful working environment and instead have the more experienced guys on the sideline so when the newbie drops the ball-and they expect him to-the experienced guys are there to help. You know what I mean?

That is the problem with these dumbass reality shows, they cause nothing but drama or create it for the people in it. Fake created over stated drama kills every last one of these shows. Oh well.

Kris is a gunsmith now. Hes not an apprentice anymore. and Vince's attitude has been shitty because, not only was Kris given the lead on a type of gun that hes only built once (when vince was mentoring him), but he was given the lead on a gun that could be the biggest thing to ever happen to RJF all because stephanie is banging Kris and asked her dad to give him the lead. On top of all that, Will has been on Vince's ass about everything. I mean, cut the guy some slack. He saved the company when Will and stephanie lost their licenses and he constantly fixes the errors that others make on big projects

The bottom line is you but your best gun on the biggest potential deal that your company has ever had not an apprentice and you are right it was a bad business decision. Vince tried telling Will it was a bad decision and he didnt want to hear it and it was bull when Kris got the credit for the build.

Let's face it, Will made a bad decision, Kris still has a lot to learn, and Vince may be a fantastic gunsmith but he acted like an immature douche. Honestly, giving Kris the lead isn't that much of a fucking deal. He has lead, so what? The point of doing a good project is working as a team. Kris may not have had the knowledge to do that project but Will did make it clear that Vince would be there to help also. Vince was just jealous and pissed that Kris got to "lead" a big project instead of him so he had a little baby temper tantrum and not only put the gun together wrong when he shipped it but left the company like a little pansy ass. At least have the balls to suck it up, finish the project, and face your boss like a man when you quit.

Vince had every right to walk out on them at that moment. When he had to have his dog put down Will was all like 'STFU back to work bitch'. When they restored the small cannon on the boat, they left him behind. Everything he did for them, and all they did back was give him crap. He's more of a man that Will can ever dream to be. He's more of a gunsmith Kris could ever dream to be.
I wonder why he stayed as long as he did. He's either a total retard or way to loyal for his own good. I'm putting my money on the latter.

I find it very odd that Red Jacket who builds many ARs, has to hunt for a buffers. Do they build one rifle at a time? Why not just take one of the wall from Wills office/show room. You see at least 2 or 3 AR15s on that wall.

He was playing guitar for Ted and went out to shoot mortar. Kris could not get that gun to cycle. He dumped it on Vince and went to LV. I do think that Vince quiting has made him a huge douche bag.

This show used to be cool until it turned into a romance story of one obnoxious want to be rock star that doesn't know his #@% from third base about guns and the boss's daughter that talks like a man. I was looking forward to the new season but with Vince out of the picture and the show taking a major dive I will be skipping over "Son's of Guns" moving forward. Enjoy your armband Kris, thanks for mixing business with pleasure and destroying a great show.

Stephanie, good luck with your "women's line" of guns. Im sure it will be about as successful as your boyfriends singing career. Hope Vince is successful with whatever he does. He his better off without Red Jacket.

Now that Vince is gone and Will and Stephanie had to surrender their Class III licenses to the ATF due to poor record keeping I wonder who will take the reigns and carry the companies license????
